Ready for a stomping?

It has been way too long waiting for this release from Far Too Loud, but the wait has definitely been worth it. Expect to hear tough and intricate balance of trance-like harmonies mixed up with industrial, booming rumbles with a vibe that will cause serious terraform destruction.

Hey Boy Hey Girl - Far Too Loud Re-fix

I can't believe Oli from Far Too Loud has given this away. Big ups! I've been anticipating this re-fix for so long. I highly suggest you download this and crank up your speakers to maximum volume (obviously not too high if your speakers can't handle killer bassline drops). His new EP will be released September 12th on Funkatech. Here's a taster for you to listen too: Far Too Loud - Ready To Stomp EP

BEASTLY guest mix from Far Too Loud.

Following on from Rich's post below, this is Far Too Loud's almighty guest mix for The Lazy Rich Show if you haven't already heard it. The mix comprises of big electro house and break tunes with some hints on forthcoming releases from himself. The FTL refix of Chemical Brothers will shortly be available to download for free! Check the comments for a full track listing.

Far Too Loud - Guest Mix for the Lazy Rich show May 2011 by Far Too Loud

Wednesday, 6 July 2011

Yeah yeah yeah, I'm still about.

Finally moved house, got fully working internet and plenty of summer slammers to share with you. Enjoy.

Huge remix from old North Carolina's 18 year old electro house prodigy Porter Robinson, the bass in this song is ridiculous. Epic build ups, earthly sounding bass, Lady Gaga vocals.... all the ingredients for a world wide dance floor destroyer.

I lost count how many times I heard this track drop at Glastonbury this year. It's not hard to understand why this has found it's way into so many DJ's sets over the summer, great to see The Loops of Fury getting the recognition they deserve. If you're a fan of electro techno you'll love this!

Has anyone got over the guest mix FTL did for Lazy Rich yet? I know I haven't, probably the best mix i've heard all year. Wake Up LA features on that very mix and what a stomper it is, detailed production and twisted sound design blended with the classic "Oli Cash bassline" ensures Wake Up LA is one of Far Too Loud's biggest tracks of late.

Germany's number 1 electro star Zedd is no stranger when it comes to producing top 10 Beatport tracks, Dovregubben has been at the top of the electro house for some time now and doesn't appear to be moving any time soon. Zedd has a firm grip on the scene at the moment, looking forward to see what he has planned for the future.

One of my favourite labels at the moment has got to be Big Fish Recordings, Lazy Rich has done a fantastic job of making this one of the top electro house labels around. I highly recommend checking out some of the signed artists and tracks being released, here are a few of my favourites at the moment.

One artist in the Indie-Dance scene that has consistently been ripping dancefloors apart is Modek. Belgium has a reputation of producing some of the most iconic electronic artists over the years, maybe it's something in the Stella they make?! Paint your body with UV paint, put on the strobe light and cause a riot.

Having been signed to the worldwide famous label iBreaks for a few years now, Access Denied has accumulated a loyal fanbase(myself included). Their well received radio show Access Granted showcases the wide range of musical taste Audrey Mute shares. One word to describe this track..... CHUNKY!

Lick The Rainbow

It's been ages since i've posted something on here! I've been so busy with work and enjoying the weather I haven't had any time, sorry guys.

This track has been a huge success across all the digital music stores. It reminds me of a collaboration between Deadmau5/Wolfgang Gartner but still keeping the Mord Fustang sound. Big, big tune. Download and enjoy!
---> DOWNLOAD: Mord Fustang - Lick The Rainbow

Hypster is another artist on the same infamous label as Mord Fustang, plasmapool(Miles Dyson). As you'd expect this tune was another recent success on beatport, juno, etc. Reminds me alot of Miles Dysons other remixes, Epic!
---> DOWNLOAD: Hypster - The Uprising

One of Brazil's finest electro artists Dirtyloud have taken the scene by storm in the last year. They're one of those artists where you know every track is going to blow you away. "Needle" is no different, they've definitely taken a more dubby electro bass sound with their recent tracks. If you like Skrillex you'll love this.
---> DOWNLOAD: Dirtyloud feat. Sirreal - Needle

Next up we have the musical genius that is Oli Cash aka Far Too Loud. You know what to expect by now with FTL, jump around, get skanking or sit back and try and figure out how Oli's actually managed to create the music that your ears are feasting upon.

Zedd, the biggest thing to come out of Germany since the Frankfurter. This track isn't really my cup of tea, I really like some parts but on the whole it's not something i'd put on to listen. But in saying that you have to respect how HUGE Zedd has become and how much bigger he's going to get. Maybe he's Germany's answer to David Guetta?!

Who took the jam outta your doughnut?

You probably remember this track being played in the recent Far Too Loud Down Under Mix. Expect hard hitting electro psy breaks!

Snapcrack is a shared venture in creating a new style inspired by electro, hip hop, drum 'n' bass, rock and many other influences!

I don't know much about Callum B other than he's from Plymouth but this huge remix is going to cause of bit of a stir in the dubstep scene. BIIIIG!

I can imagine myself hearing this at the Shangri La area in Glastonbury Festival and losing my mind.

I'm a big fan of this remix from Foamo, heavy and raw! You can catch Foamo & RackNRuin playing at Monkey, Swansea on 26th Feb.

Lolcats

It's a been a long time since I heard the original, the main elements remain and a little percussion is added to great effect!

Drivepilot doing dubstep, really liking this.

Big dubstep remix of a huge track by Far Too Loud.

This song will obviously be over played on every radio station which will make it become annoying, but for now I enjoy this.

Far Too Loud Down Under Mix 2010

Oli Cash aka Far Too Loud has to be one of our favourite producers/dj's. He's one of those artists where you know the song/mix is going to be amazing before you've even listened to it.

FREE DOWNLOAD!

BONUS - Lock up your daughters, this is some seriously heavy shit! If you're easily offended i'd advise you go play some Cliff Richard, if not.... hit download and appreciate the carnage that Space Laces provides.

Start The Party

Far Too Loud have got to be one of our favourite artists! The unique blend of hard hitting breaks, thumping electro and twisted psychedlic really makes FTL stand out on the dancefloor and these two tracks are no different. We really recommend you go see(or book) Oli and support him by buying the tracks on beatport.
