Mr. Tools was kind enough to send me this today, as I was late getting in with the free download a few months ago. I find it very unfortunate that this remix never made it on the Civilization EP. Seriously, it's that amazing! This remix deserves hell of a lot more recognition.

Well this remix didn't make it on the EP because that isn't the way it works; Justice contracts/pays remixers to remix their song and then puts these songs on the EP. Mr. Tools was never payed to make a remix and he didn't pay to get the rights to make this remix either so this is in fact an illegal remix no matter how good it is.. so he or Justice sells this track they can be sued.
